A native Oregonian, Cory Benner has been in the mortgage industry for over ten years, spending over seven years of that time in Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking. He's been with Guild Mortgage Company since 2013 and believes he can offer a wide variety of solutions to his clients and business partners. Because of his background in origination and underwriting, he understands the challenges his borrowers face with a very detailed perspective, and offers a comprehensive approach to guiding clients through the entire loan process. Cory believes that maintaining open and honest communication is key to building relationships, and leads his team by example in facilitating mutual understanding and expectations with clients.

Cory enjoys several hobbies Oregon has to offer: golfing, fishing, mountain biking, and kayaking. He likes spending time with his wife, and watching his two boys play sports. Go Beavers!
