Tripleknot Townhomes
Tripleknot is the newest townhome community at Tetherow Resort, a 700-acre golf and recreational planned resort community cradled beneath the snowcapped Cascade peaks and situated among the Ponderosa pines of the Deschutes National Forest on the outskirts of Bend, Oregon. The resort abuts the Deschutes National Forest and lies next to the Phil’s Loop trail system, allowing for incredible access to recreation and nature. Tetherow offers high-end living in the incredibly beautiful forested outskirts of Bend, just a few miles from arts, culture, restaurants and shopping.
In late 2011, Tripleknot will offer a first phase consisting of 22 homes offering panoramic views of the Cascade Mountains and bordering the 11th fairway of the Tetherow Golf Course, designed by David McLay Kidd.
Tripleknot is a project of Arrowood Development, the developers of Points West, also outside of Bend, Oregon. Tripleknot is designed by John Muir, a well-known architect from Carbondale, Colorado, and a new resident of Bend. Floor plans range from 2,100 to roughly 2,700 square feet and include single-level as well as two-story homes with multiple master suites. The model home will be open for viewing in October 2011, with prices anticipated to start in the high $400,000s.
