Prices for Bend Oregon Homes have appreciated fast over the last few years by close to 30 percent after the recent collapse of the housing market when just about everyone lost equity in their homes.
A recent report by the Bend Bulletin shows that home prices here increased by 11.25 percent in Q4 2014 and that ranked Bend Oregon number 10 in the nation for home price increases.

Across the United States Oregon ranked number 11 in 2014 for home price appreciation thanks to a 6.74 percent increase while the other states which saw fast appreciation of home prices were Vermont, California and Georgia.
